Having wrong or missing personal information can cause serious problems at especially airlines, which may end of failure to take the booked flights as well as disappointments with the expected bedding formation at the hotels. Therefore, we need the following information accurately. We do not assume responsibility for any inconvenience stemming from such a wrong or missing information. We never share the personal information except that of with airlines and where requested by law and thereafter we delete altogether after the completion of the services.

*The nationality as shown on the passports
*Passport No
*Birthdates for all the participants as in the sample form of “10 June 1965”
*The number of the requested rooms at the hotels
*The requested bedding type at the hotels (Single Bed, Double Bed/One Bed for 2 Persons, Twin Beds or Triple Beds)
Remarks:
*Unless otherwise requested we always demand “non-smoking” rooms from the hotels
*We have a non-smoking policy on all of our tour vehicles
